submitting an abstract

Oral presentation

This is an opportunity to present your research to a wide audience, including some of the foremost experts in your field! Abstracts in Trauma/Orthopedics + Biomechanics and Physiology/Medicine/Miscellaneous will be selected for an oral presentation. The best oral presentation will receive an award.

Poster competition

Abstracts accepted for poster presentation will be displayed in a central part of the venue to attract more attention from attendees. An as of yet undecided number of abstracts will be selected for the moderated poster session during the get-together. However, all poster presenters are encouraged to stay and mingle to discuss their posters during the get-together.

Submission guidelines

The abstracts should include title, introduction with purpose, method, results and conclusion. All authors should be listed with affiliation. Specify if the abstracts is for Trauma/Orthopedics + Biomechanics or Physiology/Medicine/Miscellaneous. 

All abstracts must be written in English with a maximum of 300 words and may include 1 figure or 1 table.

Submission deadline

Abstract submission will open on the 1st of September 2025 and close at the 31th of January 2026.

Submit
